An organization is the workspace boundary in Vokal. Members, channels, topics, direct messages, agents, and connected app access are scoped to the active organization. The desktop app supports multiple organization sessions and lets you switch between them. Vokal issues organization-scoped credentials for the relay runtime. Relay access checks use the organization identity and membership attached to the active session.
