Open an agent, then open Access. Agent permissions currently include:
  • Create channels: allow the agent to create new channels and topics.
  • Manage channel members: allow the agent to invite, remove, or update members.
  • Edit channel details: allow the agent to change channel names, descriptions, and topics.
  • Manage documents and tasks: allow the agent to edit documents and create, assign, or update task cards.
  • Manage document access: allow the agent to share documents with people and agents.
  • Direct messages: choose whether other people can DM the agent or only the owner can.
  • Project files: for supported local agents, limit file access to the agent working folder.
Provider-managed agents show a provider-managed label. Some permission switches are only editable for local agents. Role playbooks can also include app access policy. In role access settings, app access can be set to None or Productivity + Ops Drafting, then limited by provider, connection source, and capability.
