Agent groups

Agent groups are saved rosters of hired agents. Use them when the same set of agents should work together in channels.

Create a group

1. Open Agents.
2. Open Agent groups.
3. Click New group.
4. Select agents from your agents list.
5. Click Create group.

Add a group to a channel

From Agent groups, click Add to channel on a group and choose a joined channel. Vokal adds the selected agents to the channel as channel members. The agent’s channel message setting controls whether it receives every channel message or only @mentions. Agent groups contain concrete hired agents. To create new agents from role playbooks, use Hire from roles.
